Mgr. Jan Štimák

Jan Štimák has devoted himself to commercial, civil and administrative law, particularly real estate law, construction law, law relating to information technologies and litigation of legal proceedings, as part of his legal practice.

In 2003 he obtained a Masters degree at Charles University. Subsequently, in military service, he worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Defence. Since 2004 he has worked in the legal profession and in 2007 he became an attorney.

Jan Štimák has gained professional experience in providing legal services to Czech and foreign companies, as well as, individuals. He has been involved in large acquisitions and the selling of companies in the Czech Republic. He also has extensive experience with the legal aspects of construction and operation of commercial real estate. He has worked on projects for a major Czech energy company, including projects implemented abroad.

Jan Štimák also provided legal services to many clients in court proceedings. He is fluent in both English and German.
